Tina & Frankie were awesome. They were able to squeeze me into their schedule the same day I called (another company I called had a 1-week wait). They did a great job and Tina went out of her way to come back later that day to spray some treatment on my carpet and offered to come back again if I had any issues. Additionally she followed-up a week later to make sure everything was still good and that I was satisfied! THAT'S good customer service!

I previously used another carpet service and it was my first and last. Once I used Proteck I knew they would be my go to for carpet cleaning. They are quick, inexpensive and leave an amazingly clean and great smelling carpet!!
